PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition useful for preventing a crisis of cancer, deformity etc., and induction of immunoabnormality/developmental abnormality, having an action on discharge of a harmful substance such as dioxins in vivo outside the body, containing a specific mineral as an active ingredient. SOLUTION: This composition comprises a mineral having 10<-4> to 10<-13> T natural remanent magnetism and >=80% emissivity at 4-24μm infrared wavelength (e.g. granite, quartz porphyry, andesite, rhyolite or sedimentary rock around them such as so-called hornfels in which mudstone, sand stone, etc., are subjected to metamorphism by heat and hardened) in a fine powder state of preferably 0.1-1μm particle size as an active ingredient. The composition, for example, is useful as a compounding component in production of a bath tub, a bathing agent and an internal agent.
