<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of part items to be assembled and improve efficiency of manufacturing work while preventing wear between pin holes and pins provided in an annular disk and respective flanges. SOLUTION: This controller comprises both flanges 31 and 33 provided oppositely in a driving shaft 21 and a cam shaft 22, a disk housing 38 interposed between both flanges 31 and 33 and forming an eccentric cam ring 38a at its inner periphery, and an annular disk 39 rotatably retained in the inner periphery of the eccentric cam ring 38a to perform eccentric movement with respect to the axis X of the driving shaft 21 following the rotation control of the disk housing 38. Both flanges 31 and 33 and the annular disk 39 are connected with a pair of first and second links 54 and 55 connected to first and second connection pins 52 and 53 as well as shaft support pins 58 and 59, the disk housing 38 is supported rotatably on the outer periphery 33b of the second flange 33.</p> |
