SOLUTION: A receiving tray member 20 receiving the processing liquid L and a cut powder falling from wire 8 passing through the cutting processing region A of a member 9 to be cut and the cut broken pieces of the member to be cut is provided under the wire 8 and those falling matters are prevented from falling on the machine part such as the grooved roller 7a or the wire arranged under the cutting processing region A.
