PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the cutting force of viable tissues near a spacer and to reduce the viable tissues left without being cut. SOLUTION: This instrument is composed of a first electrically conductive wire body 2 inserted from the proximal end to the distal end slidably in a long axial direction inside the lumen 8 of an outer tube 1 whose tip part can be exposed from the distal end, a second electrically conductive wire body 3 inserted from an inner tube proximal end 6 to the distal end 7 slidably in the long axial direction inside an inner lumen 1 inserted inside the lumen 8 whose tip part 6 can be exposed from the distal end 7 of the tube 1, an electrically conductive wire body operation part 4 installed on the proximal end side of the tube 1, connected to the respective rear ends of the wire bodies 2 and 3 further and provided with a mechanism for sliding them in the long axial direction of the tube 1 and an electric insulating body. |
