PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a working medium which reduces the coefficient of friction of sliding parts and markedly improves their abrasion resistance. SOLUTION: This medium comprises a fluorocarbon refrigerant, a refrigerator oil and an ammonium perfluoroalkycarboxylate represented by the formula (wherein (n) is an integer of 3-11, R<1> and R<2> are each hydrogen, a 1-3C alkyl, benzyl or phenethyl, provided that they may be the same with each other; and R<3> is hydrogen, a 5-24C alkyl, unsaturated alkyl, benzyl or phenethyl). |
