DOUBLE-STRUCTURAL FLOOR OF BATHROOM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double-structural floor which prevents in advance users from stumbling at a level difference of the entrance/exit between a bathroom and the adjacent room to make it usable for the aged and prevents the floor from squeaking on traeading on it and further which can be installed without disassembling an existing bathroom. SOLUTION: A bathroom 1 with an entrance/exit between the adjacent room 13 is installed on a floor pan 2 provided with a bathtub equipment floor 7 and a washing floor 6. Support members 28, 29 for an upper floor are arranged respectively at mutually opposite positions 5 separated from the washing floor face and the upper floor 19 is laid on these support members 28, 29. The floor face of the upper floor 19 is positioned at the same height with the floor face of the adjacent room 13. The upper floor 19 is provided with a drain gutter 20 to reach the entrance/exit. The upper face of the drain gutter 20 is covered with a grating 21 flush with the upper floor 19. The drain gutter 20 is connected to the drain inlet 25 opened in the washing floor 6 of the bathtub 8 side through a flexible pipe.
