PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily avoid a lag of laser beam output for a NC command at completing laser beam machining. SOLUTION: The power souce is provided with a CPU 11 to process a command from a NC device 1, a high voltage control circuit 15 to generate high voltage power by a command from the CPU 11 and a electronic switch 17 arranged to supply ground (GND) or negative voltage (reverse bias) to a command input of the high voltage control circuit 15, the electronic switch 17 is turned to off in the case a command from the NC device is on and on in, the case a command from the NC device is off. Accordingly, when an off command from the NC device 1 is sent to the CPU 11, at the same time, the electronic switch 17 is turned to on by a off command, a negative voltage is applied to the high voltage control circuit 15. |
