SOLUTION: In a parking device 170, a parking lever 171 journalled to a steering handle 9 is turned to the operative position and fixed therein to be in the parking braking state. In this case, the parking lever 171 is disposed in the vicinity of a gripping part 9b of the steering handle 9 in such a manner that when the lever is turned to the operative position, the parking lever 171 is close to the outer surface of the gripping part 9b. |
