PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the water invasion to a controller housing chamber by a respiratory operation, and an erroneous operation or a breakage of the controller following the water invasion, by communicating the controller housing chamber to a mechanism housing chamber through a vent hole, against the water interference from the outer side in a high temperature condition, and providing a drain hole to the mechanism housing chamber. SOLUTION: A case 1 composes a mechanism housing chamber 3 together with a mechanism cover 2, and a motor 3a and reduction gears 3b to 3f are housed in the chamber 3. And the output of the motor 3a is transmitted to a motive power output member 3g. On the other hand, a controller housing chamber 4 is formed of a controller cover 5 fixed to the case 1, and the partition wall 8 of the case 1, and the mechanism housing chamber and the controller housing chamber 4 are separated by the partition wall 8. And a vent hole 9 is provided to the partition wall 8, so as to communicate the mechanism housing chamber 3 and the controller housing chamber 4, while a drain hole 10 to communicate the mechanism housing chamber 3 and the outer air is provided at the part near the lower end of the mechanism housing chamber 3, and lower than the vent hole 9. |
