<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a repairing method for a water turbine discharge ring, by which the on-site construction period can be drastically shortened, repair costs can be reduced, and restoration dimensional precision can be improved. SOLUTION: A badly worn front surface part is cut off from the inside of a ring by cutting work while leaving the outer periphery in a state where a discharge ring 6 whose surface is worn by the rubbing of earth and sand with the long operation of a water turbine is installed on the site, a sleeve 9 so manufactured as to suit to the original form of the discharge ring is fitted to the cut part by a cold fitting method, and the discharge ring is restored to the original form.</p> |
