PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably obtain a transparent molded product and control the thickness ratio with a coating layer by supplying two kinds of molten resins to the respective resin flow passages of a pair of mold main bodies and the molding passages communicating with those passages to go toward the confluent point outside the mold to mold them into molten resin layers and bringing both layers into contact with each other under pressure. SOLUTION: Two kinds of molten resins are supplied to the injection ports 31a, 31b of the resin flow passages 3a, 3b in mold main bodies 1a, 1b and molded into molten resin layers 91a, 91b in the molding passages 4a, 4b communicating with the passages 3a, 3b in the mold main bodies. When the outlets 4a', 4b' of the molding passages 4a, 4b provided to the molding dies 41a, 41b of the leading ends of the mold main bodies 1a, 1b are separated, the resin layers extruded from the molding passage outlets 4a', 4b' are welded by the self-adhesive forces of the molten resins at a confluent point 40. When the molding dies 41a, 41b approach each other, two molten resin layers come into contact with each other at the confluent point 40 and, even when they come into contact with each other between rolls 8a, 8b, the interface part of them boes not become turbid and opaque. |
