PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent any reaction against actional force of steering motion of wheels in relation to operational element from being lacking in presence by making the present constitution as such an actional force mechanism in which an actional force increases together with an increase in steering angle and longitudinal and/or lateral motion of a vehicle. SOLUTION: An actional force exerted from a system to operational elements is multiplicationally constituted from an actional force component Fαon the basis of a steering angle valueαor from a force multiplicational factor FV on the basis of a longitudinal vehicle speed V. The actional force component Fαon the basis of a steering angle valueαis able to increase linearly from the minimum actional force of a value 20N in the case of a steering angle, for instance 0 deg. up to the maximum force value 80N in the case of the maximum steering angle value of 20 deg. (curve 1). Meanwhile, a force multiplicational factor FV serving as an actional force component Fαon the basis of a vehicle speed, stays at a constant value 1 at a speed less than a set threshold value VG of, for example, 50km/h, and next, it increases linearly together with an increase in a longitudinal vehicle speed V until the speed reaches the maximum value 3 at the maximum vehicle speed VM (curve 5). Accordingly, at a specific steering angleα, an actional force in relation to an operational element increases together with the increase in the vehicle speed.
