<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly perform switching of the present control system and a new control system by performing a line try of the new control system by making use of an input device of the present control system. SOLUTION: While an engine assembling line, a car body assembling line and an engine stoke yard are halted, namely, after a line is stopped in an operating day or in a holiday, the connection of a controlling computer 7 to a conveyor controlling sequencer 8 is shut off by making the controlling computer 7 into the non-operating state, and the operation of the present control system 1 is stopped. Next, an upper control sequencer 10, a lower control sequencer 12, and a conveyor controlling sequencer 8 are started instead of the present control system 1, and the new control system 2 is made into the operating state. Therefore, a line try by the new control system 2 is made possible.</p> |
