PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple mold which can be precisely formed by a low manhour at a low cost in a short delivery date, and its manufacture. SOLUTION: Optically shaped simple molds 1, 3 are composed of optically set resin which is set optically, and reinforcing particles which are mixed by dispersion in the optically set resin. In the optically shaped simple mold, the mold itself is basically composed of optically set resin, which is different from an absolute common sense in a conventional optically shaping process. Therefore, the simple mold can be directly (without any model) manufactured by an optically shaping process capable of being kept in contact with a so-called CAD and CAM system. |
