<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deformation which occurs in a manufacturing process due to differences in thermal expansion quantity and curing contraction quantity between a material and an adhesive to be used, by laminating the same or different kinds of materials through an adhesive and making a pressure to be added to a central part of a plate-like laminated material higher than a pressure to be added to a peripheral part when a molding plate is to be manufactured by using a hot press. SOLUTION: When a plate-like laminated molding plate 15 is to be manufactured by laminating the same or different kinds of materials through an adhesive and by using a hot press 11, a pressure to be added to a central part of a plate-like laminated material in the hot press 11 is made to be higher than a pressure to be added to a peripheral part. That is, on a spacer provided around a hot plate of the hot press 11, a sheet or a plurality of sheets of steel shim plates 14 are put. Accordingly, an inner stress to be generated in a hot press process is diffused to the periphery of the plate-like laminated material, not accumulated on the laminated molding plate 15, so that the inner stress does not work when the pressure is released. Thus, deformation which occurs in a manufacturing process due to differences in thermal expansion quantity and curing contraction quantity between the material and the adhesive to be used can be prevented.</p> |
