The diffusion electrode for earthing installations is a structure that protects users of electrical installations and apparatus from electric shock. The effectiveness of the diffusion electrode depends on its geometrical form, the material of which it is made and the ground resistance. In the present construction the special geometrical form given to the electrode achieves more favourable technical and economic results than known rod, plate and strip forms of electrode. |
