SUBSTANCE: culinary unit has casing 1 with drive, dough hopper 2 with mixer 3 and pressing auger 4, cooled die 5 made integral with tubular dough forming member, filler hopper 6 with weight 7, filler supply pump 8 driven by mixer working shaft through overrunning clutch 9, product former 10 driven through mixer shaft formed as double-staged chain transmission 11 and detachable plate 12 with attachment members for connecting plate 12 to dough hopper. Filler hopper, tubular dough forming mechanism, filler supplying pump and product former with its transmissions are mounted on dough hopper. Filler is supplied into tubular doughs by pump 8. Culinary unit may be used to obtain macaroni and dough culinary products with fillers of different size and dosage. EFFECT: increased efficiency and wider operational capabilities. 3 cl, 1 dwg |
