The transparent plastic pouch (1) is used, e.g. for attaching a disc (8) to the cover of a magazine. The pouch is made from a supple material and equipped with a flap (6) which folds over and fastens in the middle of the disc with a press-stud (3/1). The top of the pouch is grooved (7) for easier folding of the flap, and the press stud is welded, extruded or fixed with adhesive to its tip.
