The cover is formed from a cellular foam material (M0) which is comprised from 80% by weight of fibres (F1,F2) which have geometrical characteristics and are formed from compositions which interact with EM waves. The fibres are distributed randomly through the material and are free to expand. The foam is pref. formed from polyurethane and the fibres are formed from a material which contains carbon, metal and synthetic fibres.
