GREASING DEVICE FOR A WORKING MACHINE

A base portion of an arm (2) is rotatably connected to a leading end of a boom (1) of a front working machine of a hydraulic shovel at a pin-connecting portion (4a). A leading end of a rod of an arm cylinder (6) is rotatably connected to a proximal end of the arm (2) at a pin-connecting portion (9a). At the pin-connecting portion (9a), a bearing portion (22) welded to the leading end of the rod of the arm cylinder (6) is fitted between a pair of brackets (21) welded to the proximal end of the arm (2) such that it is rotatably connected by means of a pin (23). A pipe joint portion (16) for grease injection is screwed into the bearing portion (22). A greasing pipe comprises a straight pipe (13) and a flexible pipe (24) that is permanently deformed in a zigzag shape along the arm surface by bending. When the arm (2) is rotated relative to the boom (1), the length between the ends of the flexible pipe (24) or an angle of the pipe changes, but the flexible pipe (24) is extended or contracted along the surface of the working machine so that the change is offset. The flexible pipe (24) does not protrude from the surface of the working machine by virtue of its extension or contraction along the same surface.
