An energy converter is arranged in one flow module and a flow-mechanical amplifier connected with the energy converter is arranged in another flow module. A number of flow modules (4) form a throughflow space and are connected to assembly groups of nozzle cones (9) and tubes (8), which end outside the throughflow space. Flow modules and throughflow spaces are formed as eddy modules (1) and with power modules (2) and amplifier modules (3) are arranged stacked one above the other. On the flow modules nozzle cones are arranged and on the nozzle cones are tubes fitted through a flow space (12) of a power module. The tubes in an amplifier module are arranged concentrically on a flush body (18) and are connected to a throughflow tube (15).
