The mechanism (20) comprises base parts (14) which have two end-pieces (142,144). The first end-piece (142) is fixed to an arc-shaped cross strut (13). The second end-piece (144) has a passage opening (146) and a hole (148). There are four runners (15), each being swivelably arranged under its associated base part. There is a rotary bushing (30) in each passage opening of the base part. The bushing has a socket (32) which protrudes from underneath it, in which the runner (15) is swivelably held. The mechanism further has an adjusting member (40) with a plug-shaped bearing (41) which fits in the cavity (302) of the bushing.
