Method of manufacturing dividing wall for hydraulic bearing

The dividing wall is located between a working and a compensation chamber, and consists of a hard tenacious material. In a first step, a pattern is applied to one wall surface, using a plastic forming process. The pattern has the contour of at least one recess and/or one aperture. In a second step, the contour is cut out and/or subjected to non-cutting forming, to finish the wall. Both steps are carried out in a common tool, and both steps are executed simultaneously on all parts of the wall.
