It comprises a container (1) whose shape and size are adequate to the type of package to be heated or cooled, with an appropriately thermoinsulated sidewall, at the lower and open end (5) of which is fixed a Peltier cell (6), the upper plate (6) thereof remaining nested or framed within the window (7) by means of a seal (8) of thermal silicone or the like, while the lower plate (6') thereof is coupled to a heat sink (9) which is fixed to the lower end of the container (1), with said silicone seal (9) arranged therebetween. A small motor-fan (10) circulates air through the heat sink (9) and is fixed in association with the latter to the lower end of the container (1) by means of screws. As a function of the polarity applied to the Peltier cell (6), the upper plate of the latter, forming the bottom of the container (1), acts as a cooler or as a heater.
