The invention concerns a magnetic pole rotor with a number of magnetic poles which are mounted on a base ring. The technical problem is to design the magnetic pole wheel so that a rotationally fixed connection with the shaft continues to be guaranteed even at high operating temperatures. A plastic ring (5) incorporating the magnetic poles is pressed onto the cylinder surface (2) of the base ring (1) and a cage ring (6) overlaps the plastic ring (5).
