The integrated circuit includes an SPDT switch (4a), RX-ATT (6), an interface part of the logic control circuit (10) and an NVG (9). The SPDT switch contains, on the transmitting side, a switching section (4b) and, on the receiving side, a switching section (4c). The section (4b) has a D-FET (70) and bias resistances (72, 74) and the section (4c) has a D-FET (71) and bias resistances (73, 75). The SPDT also contains, on the transmitting side, an input terminal (62) or SW-TX, on the receiving side, an output terminal (63) or SW-RX, inputs (64, 65) for control signals, and a terminal (66) for a high voltage.
