The cam gear has a frame with drive member (1) and periodically revolving output member (2) mounted at different frame points. The drive member has planar closed curve contours (K) with at least one work curve (AK) and one tension curve (VK). Cam rollers (R) of the output member engage with the contours. The output member has interconnected roller levers (L) supporting the cam rollers by roller bolts (5). The roller levers (L) supporting the cam rollers rolling on the tension curves are more elastic than the roller levers supporting the cam rollers running on the work curves. The frame points lie in their projection on the plane formed by the output member inside the curve tracts (X) formed by the contact points of the cam contours of the drive member with the cam rollers of the output member through rotation of the drive member.
