PURPOSE:To obtain a resin composition small in a change in melt flow and excellent in properties, adhesiveness and paintability, by mixing a polyolefin resin with a solid rubber, a specified compound, an unsaturated aromatic monomer and a radical initiator. CONSTITUTION:This resin composition is formed by melt-kneading 100pts.wt. mixture of 40-99wt.% polyolefin resin (A) of a melt flow rate of 0.05-60g/10min with 60-1wt.% solid rubber (B) of a number-average MW of 10,000-200,000 with a mixture comprising 0.1-5pts.wt. at least one compound (C) selected from among an unsaturated carboxylic acid, its derivative and an unsaturated epoxy monomer, 0.1-5pts.wt. unsaturated aromatic monomer (D) and 0.01-2pts.wt. radical initiator (E), wherein the (C) to (D) molar ratio is 1:0.1-1. Examples of said unsaturated epoxy monomers used include an unsaturated glycidyl ester and an unsaturated glycidyl ether. |
