<p>The box, made e.g. from wood and designed to be re-used or disposed of after use, consists of a panel (1) in four hinged sections (2, 3, 4, 5) forming the front wall, base, rear wall and top of the box respectively. The sections have grooves (11 - 14; 11' - 14') along their sides to receive two additional panels (6, 7) which form the sides of the box. The side panels have hooks to hold the front and rear sections of the main panel in place. In a variant of the design the two side panels are joined to the main panel and hinged so they can be folded flat when the box is not in use. The box can measure, for example, 1.20 m x 0.40 m x 0.40 m.</p> |
