PURPOSE:To facilitate the connection of an optical fiber cable and to prevent damage for cords. CONSTITUTION:A connecting part storage board 7 equipped with almost circular storage parts 14 and 15 to store the fusing and connecting part of the optical fiber cable while winding it together with the excess length part is loaded on another storage shelf 3, pivotally supported at one corner part of a front edge part to the storage shelf 3, and turned with such a pivotally supporting point 8 as a center in the case of connection so as to be turned forward, and a unit line holder 19 is provided at the pivotally supporting point 8 on the connecting part storage board 7 so as to fix an optical fiber unit line 21. Then, a connector holder 25 is provided at an anti-pivotally supporting point side edge part so as to fix a connector 27 at one end of an optical fiber cord 23 to be connected. When turning out the connecting part storage board 7 in the case of connection, there is no stretching movement since the optical fiber unit line 21 is fixed at the turning center, and the stored optical fiber cable and the optical fiber cord 23 are not moved and damaged since the optical fiber cord 23 is fixed by the connector holder 25 as well. |
