<p>PURPOSE:To aim at simplifying the extraction of process data by utilizing a zip-code table on which data are put in order with reference to zip codes, so as to a bundle of cargo for one and the same destination and to calculate fees for every handling, thereby the cheapest trader and transportation are selected. CONSTITUTION:Data (data on the right side in the drawing) from processing sections 11 through 14 are added to data (data on the left side in the drawing) stated in a packing order instruction paper which is not shown, and are fed to a fee calculating process section 15. At this time, in a summarizing section 14 for one and the same destination and in the fee calculating section 15, a zip code table 12 is effectively used to summarize cargo for one and the same destination and to calculate fees therefor. Further, the result of the calculation of the fees is delivered to a trader and handling process section 16 which accordingly selects the cheapest trader and handling with the effective use of the zip-code table 21. With this arrangement, the data are put in order and held with reference to zip codes, thereby it is possible to facilitate the extraction of data.</p> |
