<p>The invention relates to the novel production of recombinant human BPGM (bisphosphoglycerate mutase) through genetic engineering operation with E. coli, the novel specific antibody to BPGM as prepared by the use of the recombinant human BPGM as an antigen, and the quantitative determination of BPGM in a sample by the use of the antibody. Since the antibody of the invention has high specificity, the accurate determination of BPGM is possible. The antibody can be used in diagnosis of various diseases.</p> |
