PURPOSE:To lower the cost of an apparatus by a method wherein a high-cost member such as an electromechanical transducer, a vibrator or the like is used only for a limited part such as a moving member. CONSTITUTION:A moving member 11 which is installed between fixed members 10a, 10b is integrated as a whole in such a way that oscillation absorbers 12a, 12b, electrostrictive elements 13a, 13b as electromechanical energy transducers and vibrators 14a, 14b are bonded sequentially to both faces of an insulator 110. When a voltage is applied to the electrostrictive elements 13a, 13b from a driving power supply, advancing oscillating waves in the same direction are generated in the vibrators 14a, 14b, they act on the fixed members 10a, 10b, and the moving member 11 is advanced and retreated. A high-cost member such as an electromechical transducer or a vibrator is used only for the moving member, and the title apparatus can be manufactured at low costs as a whole. |
