PURPOSE:To realize the setting and opening of a communication radio line without the need of processing of layer 2 or over by a user station equipment by providing a detection function of a layer 1 signal to a user station equipment and a base station equipment. CONSTITUTION:A base station equipment 5 is provided with a radio equipment 51 opposite to a user station equipment 2, a layer 1 processing section 52 and a radio line management control section 53. The radio equipment 51 is connected to the user station equipment 2 by a radio line 4 and sends the data from the user station equipment 2 to the layer 1 processing section 52 and the radio line management control section 53 and sends the data from the layer 1 processing section 52 and the radio line management control section 53 to the user station equipment 2. Thus, it is possible to set a communication radio line 41 by a terminal equipment 1. Moreover, in the case of end of a call, since a specified layer 1 stop signal is sent, the set communication radio line 41 to be set is opened by detecting the stop signal. |
