摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmitted light quantity control element capable of controlling transmitted light quantity by opening and closing a moving electrode by Coulomb force. SOLUTION: This element is basically composed of the moving electrode 5 and the stationary electrode 3. When the Coulomb attraction does not act between the two electrodes, the moving electrode 5 is curved in a direction reverse from the surface of a substrate, by which an aperture 9 is largely exposed and light is transmitted. When the Coulomb attraction is acted between the two electrodes, the moving electrode 5 is attracted to the stationary electrode 3 surface to cover the aperture 9 and the light shielding state is attained.</p>
