PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner cartridge which saves space, prevents toner scatter, and is excellent in operability, and a process cartridge in which the toner cartridge is mounted. SOLUTION: A cylindrical container 23 is obtained by stacking five hollow cylindrical bodies 231-235 and providing a cover 24 on its upper end, and a handle part 26 as the lowest part is provided with upper, middle, and lower rotating shutters having openings 291, 281, and 271. The hollow cylindrical bodies 231-235 are provided with connection means capable of being connected/ disconnected with/from each other, and they can be compressed in order from the top one. The replenishment opening in the upper frame of the process cartridge is provided with rotary upper and lower disk shutters having openings. The openings are made to communicate with each other by rotating the handle part 26, thereby rotating the upper and middle rotating shutters and the upper and lower disk shutters, and thus toner is discharged into the process cartridge. After the toner discharge, the cylindrical container 23 is compressed and made undetachable. |
