PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture extremely efficiently and inexpensively a high grade decorative sheet of superior design properties having usable hardness and resistance to wear on its horizontal surface. SOLUTION: A coated film layer is formed on a base by a coating fluid constituted of a solution composed of electron beams or ultraviolet curable resin making the dry state of the coated surface by drying after coating and a solvent as main components, and a bright material is dispersed in the coating fluid. Or, the coated layer is formed by a coating fluid composed of electronic leans or ultraviolet curable resin and a bright material as main components. A recessed and projected pattern layer is composed of electronic leans or ultraviolet curable resin and the bright material as main components. The above-said layers are laminated in that order.
