摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the chamber temperature from elevating even when a large amount of fresh air is taken into the chamber on a rainy day or the like by providing a discharge hole for discharging the chamber air to the outside, an intake hole for taking fresh outside air into the chamber, and a dehumidifying coil in the way it faces the intake hole. SOLUTION: An air-discharge opening 52 in a ventilating lid 50 is aligned with a discharge hole 56 and an air-suction opening 53, with an intake hole 57 so as to discharge part of the chamber air to the outside from an air passage and through the discharge hole 56 and the air-discharge opening 52 and take fresh outside air into a circulating flow passage 15 through the air-suction opening 53, the intake hole 57, and a dehumidifying coil 65. The fresh outside air is cooled as it flows through the dehumidifying coil 65 and cleared of its moisture through condensation. By adjusting the opening of an evaporative pressure-regulating valve at the outlet of the dehumidifying coil 65 in a manner of maintaining the evaporating temperature of the refrigerant in the dehumidifying coil 65 at about 0 deg.C the dehumidifying capacity of the dehumidifying coil 65 can be made largest and the humidity inside the chamber can be kept low.
