PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the performance by collecting a plurality of coil-shaped loops composed of thermoplastic resin wires, and specifying the diameter of the wire and the coil, the angle of inclination of the loop, the percentage of void, and the compressive strength fluctuation factor. SOLUTION: A plurality of regularly coil-shaped loops 1 composed of a wire Y are collected to form a three-dimensional structural body, and contact points of each wire are welded to form the spiral spring condition. The wire Y is 0.3-5mm in diameter, while the loop 1 is 5-50mm in diameter. The loop 1 is inclined at the angleθof <=60 deg., preferably <=30 deg. in the direction of the thickness of the three-dimensional collected structural body. The percentage of void is in the range of 80-97%. The fluctuation factor CV% of the compressive strength in the strain of 20% is <=3%. The compressive strength in the direction of the thickness can be uniform in using the structural body in a slope reinforcement member, a drainage member of a concrete retaining wall, a cushion material, etc., and permeability can be improved, and the workability can be improved due to its lightweight structure.
