PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a room temp. curing compsn. which has high specific gravity and, when used as an adhesive for a floor material, exhibits excellent noise insulating properties comparable with those offered by the use of a noise insulating sheet and, in addition, has a good balance between properties after curing, such as elongation and adhesion, and is useful as a sealant and an elastic adhesive. SOLUTION: This room temp. curing compsn. comprises: 100 pts.wt. polymer of which the main chain is composed essentially of a polyether and which has a crosslinkable hydrolyzable silyl group in its molecular terminal (e.g., a polymer having polyoxypropylene as a main chain and a dimethoxysilyl group in its molecular terminal); and 100 to 500 pts.wt. iron oxide having an average particle diameter of 5 to 80μm (e.g. iron oxide having an average particle diameter of 30μm).
