PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce biased operating state of a base station by providing storing an identification code of a base station accessing at first to a radio communication terminal. SOLUTION: A control section 20 of each radio communication terminal gives a base station identification code in data received from a base station to an ID processing section 30 to allow the processing section 30 to compare the code with all stored base station identification codes. When the coincident identification code is not found out, it is discriminated that the base station is a base station accessed first and the code is stored to allow a display section 19 to display characters denoting first access to the base station. Through the processing above, data relating to base stations accessed in the past are stored in the ID processing section 30. Thus, the data are used to access more base stations positively by using the data to relax it that communication is concentrated on a specific base station.
