PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more surely bond a metal rotating member with a resin member, by attaching a metal bonding member to the resin member, fitting the resin member into a drum cylinder with a light pressure and bonding the metallic bonding member with the cylinder. SOLUTION: In the case of pushing the fitting hole 20a of the bonding member 20 on the metallic center shaft 13 projecting from the fitting part 16c side of a resin flange 16, the bonding member 20 is slid while the outer periphery of the center shaft 13 is pressed by the leading end of a rise-up part 20b 2, then, the surface of the bonding member 20 is made to abut on the end face 16c 2 of the fitting part of the resin flange 16. At this time, the round oblong hole 20c of the bonding member 20 is fitted into the boss 16a of the resin flange 16. In the case of pushing the fitting part 16c of the resin flange 16 into the end part of the drum cylinder 7a in this state, first of all, the forked pawl part 20b 1 of the bonding member 20 enters the inner periphery of the drum cylinder 7a, then, the leading ends of the forked pawl part 20b 1 come into contact with the inner periphery of the cylinder. And the resin flange 16 is pushed into the cylinder in the axial direction as it is until the flange part 16b comes into contact with the end face of the drum cylinder 7a. |
