PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate erection by using a stronger, highly-reliable structure. SOLUTION: Loose tubes 14, each enclosing one or more optical fibers 16 and filled with a jelly like material having waterproofing functions, are installed in one or more grooves formed. Further, an aluminum rod 10 whose grooves are filled with the jelly like material 12 having waterproofing functions, and an aluminum-covered copper wire 18 placed on the outer periphery of the aluminum rod 10 are provided. The optical fibers 16 used are acrylic-coated, have the jelly like material applied thereto, and are covered with a resin material.
