MANUFACTURE OF LAMINATED DECORATIVE MATERIAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple and easy manufacturing method for a laminated decorative material of superior bonding properties and a beautiful appearance in which the bonding of a thermoplastic resin layer with a thermosetting resin layer is strong. SOLUTION: A thermosetting resin raw laterial solution 2a is applied on a thermoplastic resin film 1 and dried to form an uncured thermosetting resin layer 2b. A thermosetting resin layer 2 is formed by heating in the state of laminating a heat-resistant sheet 3 with the uncured thermosetting resin layer 2b and curing. The heat-resistant sheet 3 is released from the thermosetting resin layer 2 to provide a laminated decorative sheet composed of the thermoplastic resin film 1 and the thermosetting resin layer 2. The uncured thermosetting resin layer 2 is formed on the heat-resistant sheet 3, and thermosetting can be carried out in the state of laminating the thermoplastic resin film 1 with the uncured thermosetting resin layer. The shape of the thermoplastic resin film 1 is retained by the heat-resistant sheet 3 at the time of thermosetting.
