PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow even a not-skilled person to execute a job without deteriorating efficiency by using a bar code table described the name of some necessary data with bar codes in a sight form and a bar code reader. SOLUTION: At the time of using a bill preparing device 7 provided with the bar code reader 11 and a printer 12 for issuing a receipt at an insurance pharmacy, a prescription 13 and a medication card 14 carried by a patient and the bar code table 15 are used. In this case, the first page of the bar code table 15 of a book style is for a basic charge to display a medicine preparation basic charge and a medicine history guidance charge with a bar code expressing them. The second page of the bar code table 15 is for external-use medicine preparing charge to display plural kinds of external-use medicine with its bar code. In addition, sections for a specially additional charge for giving medicine, the number of the times of taking medicine, the point of time for taking medicine, etc., are provided at succeeding pages and each technical charge is displayed with the bar code. Then the bar code in the bar code table 15 is checked in order by means of the bar code reader 11. |
