PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a decentralized information processor system at a device level by calculating first information inputted from outside so as to generate second information to attain the storing and the outputting of second information. SOLUTION: A single information processing unit with an autonomous information processing function is provided with an input means 1, an arithmetic means 2, a storing means 3, and output means 4 and a control means 5 as necessary constituting elements and discriminated from outside. Then information supplied from outside is inputted to the input means 1. Information outputted from the input means 1 is supplied for the arithmetic means as first information. The arithmetic means 2 calculates supplied first information to generate second information. The second information is supplied from the arithmetic means 2 for the storing means 3 to be stored in the storing means 3. Second information stored in the storage means 3 like this is supplied for the output means 4 and furthermore to outside. Then the control means controls the storing means 3 to enable the storing and the outputting of second information at this storing means 3.
