PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To communicate with other vehicles at an optimum timing and display information related to other vehicles on a road map, by obtaining information related to one's own vehicle, communicating with the other vehicles every time the one vehicle moves a predetermined distance, thereby obtaining information of the other vehicles. SOLUTION: An information input circuit 110 detects a running speed, a running distance of one's own vehicle, when the vehicle stops, when the vehicle starts from a stopping state, etc., and estimates that the vehicle is at a congested road, that the vehicle escapes from the congested road, etc. Moreover, the circuit 110 recognizes the present position and an advancing direction of the vehicle by self-contained navigation. A memory device 130 stores information of the vehicle and the periphery of the vehicle in an information-storing part 131, and at the same time, stores information of other vehicles and the periphery of the other vehicles in an other information-storing part 132. A display device 150 displays the information related to one's own vehicle stored in the storing part 131 onto a road map, and also displays the information related to the other vehicles stored in the storing part 132. |
