<p>PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of picking operation by taking out a load storage box stored in a supplement shelf from the inside part of the shelf by a crane, delivering the box to the inside part of a picking shelf, and transferring the box on the picking shelf to a picking position at the outside part. CONSTITUTION:A host controller refers to a supplement shelft memory in which cords and the number of loads 1 are stored based on an inputted piching order for one day, and assigns a picking shelf 6 for each cord of the loads 1 in sequence to store the shelf in a picking shelf memory. Then, the user-number and the quantity are indicated on a shelf indicator 14 of the picking shelf 6 assigned to the cord of the loads 1. A transfer-command is output to a crane 9 to transfer the specified loads 1 to the specified picking shelf 6. A box 2 containing the loads 1 on the picking shelf 6 is slided outside to be transferred to a picking position. By this constitution, the efficiency of picking operation can be improved.</p> |
