PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas sealed vessel which eliminates necessity for cutting work by a large sized machine, shortens a length of weld line, improves productivity and reduces a cost. SOLUTION: A flange seal part 12a for connecting a vessel is constituted by thin plate bending of press molding, also an O ring groove 16 is constituted by ring-shaped plates 14, 15. A front plate 11 and a barrel part 12 are constituted by press molding and bending respectively from a sheet of plate. In this way, an air-tightly weld length is reduced by about 1/3.
