PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently raise noise suppression effect so that no large dimension is required by using an iron core material having a specified magnetic permeability and saturation magnetic flux density and specific resistance as a soft magnetism iron core. SOLUTION: As a soft magnetism iron core, an iron core material having a magnetic permeability of 10000-60000, saturation magnetic flux density of 1 tesla or more, and specific resistance of 90μΩcm or more is used. The fine crystal alloy used as the iron core material is the one with the composition of Fe100-a-b-c-x-y-z Cua Rb Mc Six By Xz (R is Nb, Ta, Mo, Zr and/or other transition metal of IVb, Vb and Vib group, M is Co and Ni, X is C, Ge and/or other element of IIIa, Iva, Va), while percentage is atom%, a=0-2, b=2-10, c=0-20, x=0-18, y=2-14, z=0-5 and 7<b+x+y+z<30. The alloy is liquified in a pot, then wound with cooling drum, and micra crystallized after thermal treatment. |
